Yutaka “U-ta” Higuchi of BUCK-TICK, one of my favourite bassists. People sometimes argue that he didn’t write most of the bass lines he plays and so he can’t compete with guys like J or Tetsuya.  Let me tell you something guys: pick up a goddamn bass and try to play B-T lines, if you’re not extremely skilled, you can’t manage. So hats off to U-ta for rocking the bass!
