when you reblog my photos

It’s always flattering when people like your photo enough to reblog it, seriously it is, it does make me happy.

What doesn’t make me happy, however, is people suddenly changing the click-through link or deleting credits.  Or worse, changing it for a direct download link from my flickr page.  My flickr you see, is set on non download.  I did this because a lot of my photos were being stolen and used without my permission.  Now I KNOW that flickr’s security is pretty shite and that everyone with enough internet savvy can get the links out nonethless, but seriously people, it’s not because you can that you should.  If someone has their flickr set on non download they had a reason, please respect that.

So if you reblog one of my photos (which I think is awesome, please do go ahead), don’t change the click-through link, and do NOT under any circumstance change it for the direct download link.

Just leave stuff as it is and hit “reblog” if you feel like reblogging, it’s not hard at all :)
